Recognised by her peers and leadership colleagues as a hugely respected, trusted and effective global HR leader, Stacey brings a wealth of commercial, diversely cross-cultural professional & executive HR experience spanning the sectors of Executive Recruitment, Banking, Market Research, Media and Educational Publishing.
Stacey has successfully coached Executive Leader colleagues through intense periods of change to
simultaneously grow, not only themselves; but their people to be high performers and future leaders with clear purpose and engagement to ensure delivery of business results. She has an empathic, present and trusted style, coaching others to identify those obstacles that may inhibit progress to an agreed organisational or personal development goal, getting individuals to create and commit to strategies to overcome blockers to success.
With her 21 years as a qualified HR & Development professional, Stacey has successfully lead and managed teams globally, covering UK, Europe, Middle East, Africa and Asia regions, and has been a major influence in shaping and developing several high-performing teams from within large scale FTSE100 & Global corporations, such as Pearson. Notable achievements saw Stacey lead an ambitious growth and development plan for Pearson’s new Middle East and Africa business. Successful in recruiting, mobilising and on-boarding Executive Leaders in Dubai, Saudi Arabia and Nigeria. As a result, and with the foundation of strong leadership, business growth exceeded its targets against plan.
Stacey measures her success on being a contributor to making a difference to organisations. Stacey’s former MD describes her as being a popular and valued member of the Board and Executive Leadership teams, known for her pragmatic, agile, solutions focused but realistic, calm and often good humoured approach to situations. Married to David, with daughter Evie and son Nathan, Stacey’s outside interests are weekend Equestrian pursuits with Max, a 4 year old rescue horse; reading and travel with family & friends overseas. Stacey is a Fellow of the CIPD, a qualified Member of the BACP (British Association of Counselling & Psychotherapy) and is a registered Psychotherapeutic Counsellor and MBTI trained Coach.
Outside of her flourishing practice as a coaching and counselling professional, Stacey is a keen champion for Wellbeing in Business, supporting the IOD’s A Little More Conversation & the Duke & Duchess of Cambridge’s “Heads Together “campaigns.
